I’m more than impressed with Tommy Nix of Muskogee! They did a incredible job today! Jon did my oil change! He made sure I had a reminder sticker, my windshield wiper fluid was filled, my tires were rotated ALL done in a timely manner! Al detailed my car & he did a immaculate job! My Jeep Grand Cherokee L looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot! Reid, the service advisor was very kind & professional. Hands down the best service experience!

The folks at Tommy next were so warm and frivolous I'm warm and fruitful to me and my lady but she's at a distance away and ensuring that I was able and with the speed officials she received my card back thank you so much I highly recommend any other facilities that there are facilities that Tommy nicks is involved with why did go you guys in Moscow.
Service department was amazing. Helped my.husband out in what he needed. The staff that greets you for the car lot. They were kinda Rude. But Lane in service department was a Big help. .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. For Lane. Service department was very polite by all who we talked to.

Drove 3 hours from Dallas to purchase my truck from this dealership. The sales Manager, Bobby Joe, and sales rep, John, made it an easy transaction. Very straight forward deal. Hopefully ill get to pick up my next truck from these guys

Late post. But I give hands down to the crew at Tommy Nix here in Muskogee. From Levi ( our Salesman ) all the way to financing. They listened, was not pushy and drove away in my 2021 Grand Cherokee L. Their customer service was top notch. Not only did I walk away with my jeep but made life long friends. Highly recommend
Will, Evan, and Lisa went above and beyond helping us replace a battery and a Z Fuse. The quantity and quality of care was phenomenal. We will not take our Jeep anywhere else. They fit us in at the last moment on a Friday night and fixed our vehicle. Again thank you so much for the kindness and care. We will be back!

Worked with the sales rep Levi the hole process and he was awesome. We were able to get the truck we wanted and had the deal basically done by the time we arrived to pick it up. It was a great all around experience from start to finish.

i had some problems at first. There were a few issues that was causing me problems. I wont say what the problems were, I will just say that as of today the staff has done everything possible to make everything better and my fiance and I happy. I am now completely satisfied.
